Damon's birthday card

I made this card for my friend Damon's birthday.  I had an experimental watercolor painting left over from a class I took, and I added pencil to the white areas.  The image in the center is cut out from another piece of paper.  My father in law gave me an insane set of x-acto knives that looks like something from Dexter.

Watercolor and pencil on paper, approx 6 x 11"

Daily Drawing # 9

Another still of the evil Garthe Knight.  There is something interesting about drawing from a TV screen captured on an iPhone: you have to keep touching the screen to keep the image from disappearing, so it kind of introduces an urgency to your drawing.

Daily Drawing #7

Screen still from an episode of Knight Rider in which Michael Knight's evil doppelganger Garthe Knight is sprung from prison by a robot named Goliath, who crashes a semi through the prison walls.  Somehow this quick drawing ended up looking more like a cross between Burt Reynolds and Charles Bronson.

Daily Drawing #1

Back in October I started making a drawing every day in a particular sketchbook and posting them to Facebook.  I made it 35 days, they have been sporadic ever since.  I am giving it a shot again though, that is why even though it says "DAY 48" in this picture, I am calling it Drawing #1.
